Once you purchase Scrapingbypass API points package or Scrapingbypass IP proxy package, you are deemed to have complied with our payment rules. If you apply for a refund, you must abide by Scrapingbypass's refund rules. Any other form of refund application will be deemed invalid.
If you use the Scrapingbypass API points package purchased online with Stripe (Alipay), you can apply for a refund within 3 days after the payment takes effect and the points consumption is less than 1,000 points;
Using Stripe (Alipay) to purchase the Scrapingbypass IP proxy package online, you can apply for a refund within 3 days after the payment takes effect and the traffic consumption is less than 50M;
You cannot apply for a refund in any form for the Cloud Crossing package purchased with any form of virtual currency payment.
